This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from OurMagaShop.com, owned and operated by Constitution Triumph LLC.
1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment is successfully received.

During peak seasons, promotions, or unexpected high order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your shipping method).
2. Fulfillment & Shipping Partner
Our orders are fulfilled and shipped through our logistics partner ShipOffers.

Orders may ship from U.S. warehouses used by ShipOffers.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping (If Available)

Estimated delivery: 14–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and local postal services.

Actual delivery times may vary based on customs processing, local postal delays, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Note: At this time, not all products or destinations may be eligible for international shipping. Availability will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include a tracking number and tracking link (where available).

Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier picks up the package.

If you have not received tracking after a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local customs office.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

OurMagaShop.com and Constitution Triumph LLC are not responsible for delays or extra costs caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address and the package:

Cannot be delivered or

Is returned to our fulfillment center,

we may:

Contact you to obtain a corrected address, and

Re-ship the order to you, which may incur additional shipping charges.
OurMagaShop.com is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

OurMagaShop.com is not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other external factors.

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by you (possible theft, delivery to wrong location, etc.).

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed:

Check the tracking status and confirm the delivery address.

Contact the carrier directly for investigation (they may have more up-to-date data than we do).

Contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist where possible.
9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is:

Refused at delivery, or

Unclaimed and returned to our fulfillment center,
we may, at our discretion:

Issue a refund for the product price only (shipping fees are non-refundable), or

Offer to re-ship the package, with additional shipping fees paid by the customer.
Refunds or re-shipments in these cases are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually.
10. Changes, Cancellations & Address Updates

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. As a result, orders cannot always be changed or canceled once they are placed.

If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
11. Returns & Exchanges
This Shipping Policy works together with our Refund/Return Policy (if applicable).
