At Our Maga Shop, your satisfaction means everything to us. That’s why we proudly offer a 30-day refund and return policy on all eligible orders. Please review the details below:

Returns — Opened or Unopened Products

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, whether the product is opened or unopened, as long as the item is returned with all included parts, packaging, and accessories when possible.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by our support team.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, simply return it within 30 days of receiving your order. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit or never delivered, you qualify for a refund of the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Items not returned within the required return window.

  • Items that are missing major parts, accessories, or packaging due to customer handling.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Contact us at contact@ourmagashop.com within 30 days of receiving your order or within 30 days of the expected delivery date if the package is not delivered.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the product, if damaged.

  • A short explanation of your return or refund request.

Our team will confirm your eligibility and share return instructions if needed.

Additional Notes

Refunds are always processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to reflect in your account.
